Institutional Registry: Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11 February 2026

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Webzieh Creations Limited (“the Controller”) and any entity or individual (“the Participant”) accessing the Webzyner D.E.Value™ Protocol. Access to the registry implies irrevocable acceptance of these security protocols.

1. Exclusive Registry Authorization

The Webzyner Registry is a closed-loop institutional system. Webzieh Creations Limited (Company Number: 13989698) is the sole and exclusive authority permitted to append, authorize, or modify domain entries within the official registry. Inclusion in the registry is strictly contingent upon the selection and continuous funding of a professional website plan via the official parent websites.

2. Dynamic D.E.Value™ Protocol Scaling

            The appreciation delta is non-static and is determined by the “Strength” of the underlying website plan. Daily growth coefficients range from $0.02 USD (Base Tier) to $3.80 USD (Institutional Tier) per 24-hour cycle.
        

Synchronization: Equity growth is automatically synchronized to the active billing cycle.
Hard-Coded Integrity: The D.E.Value™ calculation code is locked at the server-root level. It is tamper-proof and inaccessible to Participants or third-party actors.
Deletion Penalty: Any unauthorized modification, deletion of the primary WordPress core, or lapse in hosting plan results in the immediate and permanent erasure of all accumulated D.E.Value™.

3. Ownership & Buyback Protection

Participants retain legal ownership of their domains but agree to the following registry-specific constraints:

Minimum Maturity: Buyback protection is only activated after thirty-six (36) months of continuous, uninterrupted registry syncing.
50% Institutional Guarantee: Webzieh Creations Limited provides an optional exit liquidity guarantee at 50% of the recorded D.E.Value™ if no third-party buyer is secured.
Third-Party Disposal: Participants may sell their domain to external parties at 100% of the D.E.Value™; however, the new owner must re-verify the node with Webzieh to maintain appreciation.

4. Financial Disclaimers

All payments for registry access, hosting, and digital marketing nodes are strictly non-refundable. There are no exceptions for early termination or project abandonment. The D.E.Value™ is an internal equity metric and does not represent legal tender or a guaranteed investment return outside the context of the Webzieh Buyback Protection program.

5. Jurisdictional Authority

This registry and its protocols are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. All dispute resolutions shall be conducted via the courts of England and Wales. Webzieh Creations Limited operates exclusively through webzyner.com, webzieh.com, webzieh.uk, webzieh.in, and baiiiz.com.
