Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose of Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the professional conduct of users within the Webzyner Registry. To maintain the integrity of the D.E.Value™ buy-back protocol, all users must adhere to these standards to ensure equitable asset management for the entire network.

2. Prohibited Algorithmic Interactions

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to interfere with the proprietary valuation mechanics of the system. This includes:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the D.E.Value™ Delta Algorithm.
Implementing automated scripts, bots, or “scrapers” to extract registry data, domain gallery results, or valuation logs.
Simulating API responses or creating “mirror” registries to present fraudulent equity data.

3. Data Integrity & Standards

As the D.E.Value™ protocol is a private corporate guarantee, the accuracy of registry data is paramount. The following actions are prohibited:

Submitting fraudulent “Genesis Dates” or falsifying domain registration history to artificially manipulate the accrual timeline.
Bypassing the Webzieh Dashboard to trigger “Sell” commands via unauthorized terminal injections.
Deep-linking or embedding Registry assets (icons, certificates, or live counters) for use on external commercial platforms not authorized by Webzieh Creations Limited.

4. Cookie & Tracking Protocol

To maintain the integrity of the DEV Node Sync, we use essential technical data-packets. By utilizing Webzyner, you consent to the use of these cookies:

Registry Session: Remembers your node filters and preferences during active searches.
Security Tokens: Prevents Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) on our private API endpoints.
Analytical ID: Anonymous data-packets used to optimize node loading speeds and registry responsiveness.

5. Communication Policy for Unclaimed D.E.Value™

Users or domain holders identified as having unclaimed D.E.Value™ balances within the registry may receive regular or frequent electronic communications. These notifications are designed to:

Inform the holder of the current unredeemed valuation balance.
Provide guidance on initializing an official website with Webzieh Creations Limited to meet buy-back eligibility criteria.
Alert the holder of potential equity loss due to impending domain expiration or registry inactivity.

6. Infrastructure Protection

To ensure 24/7 uptime for the Webzyner Central Hub, users must not engage in activities that stress the network infrastructure, such as Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or unauthorized vulnerability scanning against the registry’s REST endpoints.

ENFORCEMENT NOTICE: Violation of any terms within this AUP results in the immediate and permanent termination of your DEV Node. All accumulated equity will be voided, and associated hosting IPs will be blacklisted across the Webzyner Registry network.
