Terms of Service

1. The Registry Authority

The Domain Equity Value (D.E.Value™) Registry is a proprietary system owned and operated by Webzieh Creations Limited. Only Webzieh Creations Limited has the official and legal authority to add a domain to the Webzyner Registry. Any unauthorized attempts to simulate or bypass this registry will be considered a breach of service.

2. Plan Continuity & Eligibility

To maintain an active equity counter, users must maintain a continuous and non-broken website plan hosted on the Webzieh website creation platform. Any interruption in the subscription, whether due to payment failure or manual cancellation, will result in the immediate suspension of D.E.Value™ accrual.

3. Domain Validity & Accrual Resets

• Domain Health: D.E.Value™ accrual is strictly dependent on the existence of a valid, non-expired domain name linked to the Webzieh platform.
• Expiration Penalty: If a domain expires, all previously accrued D.E.Value™ is permanently voided.
• Renewal Reset: Should a user renew an expired domain, the D.E.Value™ counter will restart from zero ($0.00). Historical equity cannot be reclaimed after a domain expiration event.

4. Liquidation & “Sell” Protocol

The buy-back feature, represented by the “Sell the Domain” button, is a proprietary function available exclusively within the Webzieh User Dashboard. This feature is dynamically enabled only when a domain meets the mandatory eligibility and maturity criteria defined by the Webzyner Registry Protocol. Requests for buy-back via third-party platforms or external communications will not be recognized.

5. Transferability of Equity

Domain Equity Value is a transferable asset. In the event of a website sale or ownership change, the D.E.Value™ node may be transferred to the new owner, provided the associated website plan remains active and continuous. Any break in service continuity during the transfer process will result in a total reset of the equity balance.

6. Management & Legal Status

The D.E.Value™ system is a private marketing and acquisition strategy managed by Webzieh Creations Limited. It is not a financial instrument associated with any government entity. All buy-back transactions are processed as digital asset acquisitions by Webzieh Creations Limited for the purpose of corporate asset management.
